A Swimming Pool for Everyone

Room for Play, Learning, Relaxation, and Exercise

At Haarby-Hallerne, you’re welcome in our modern swimming pool—whether you’re here to play, learn, relax, or swim for fitness. The pool was renovated in 2018, when we installed a state-of-the-art water treatment system, along with new gender-separated changing rooms and lockable lockers. You’ll find a fresh and inviting swimming facility with room for everyone.

At our swimming pool in Haarby, we welcome guests from all over Funen. Whether you're coming from Odense, Bogense, Ringe, Glamsbjerg, or anywhere else in the region, you're more than welcome to stop by for a refreshing swim.

We also host private events—so if you’re planning a children’s birthday party at the pool, we’ve got you covered. After the fun in the water, you can head to our café to enjoy some tasty food and drinks.

Swimming Pool with Great Facilities for Both Kids and Adults

There’s plenty of opportunity to swim laps, try aqua training, enjoy the warmth of the sauna, play in the water, or simply relax. In addition to public access, the pool is used by local clubs for swimming lessons, kayak training, as well as activities for seniors and people with disabilities. Six schools are also connected to the pool and use it regularly for school swimming classes.

Children's Pool

The children's pool is designed for fun and cozy moments for kids and families. It features a slide for the little ones, toys, and swim belts/arm floats available for free use. The pool measures 6 x 8 meters, with a depth ranging from 80 to 105 cm and a water temperature of 31°C.

Warm Water Pool

If you're looking for relaxation and self-care, the warm water pool is the perfect choice. Let your body be embraced by the soothing warm water—great for sore muscles and joints. You can also enjoy the massage jets or the powerful water shower. It's ideal for baby swimming as well. The warm water pool measures 4 x 6 meters, with a depth of 130 cm and a temperature of 34°C.

Our 25-meter pool has 6 lanes, with a depth ranging from 120 to 180 cm and a temperature of 28°C.

During public swimming hours, the pool is divided so that 2 to 3 lanes are reserved for lap swimming, while the remaining area is available for play and other activities. On weekends from Friday afternoon and during school holidays, an obstacle course (Aquaglide) is set up for fun and play for everyone.
